Job requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Bevelling Machine Operator, preferably in the pipeline (offshore) construction industry;

Solid knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
Job tasks:
-
Set up bevelling machine(s) to cut pipe ends in accordance with specifications as specified in welding procedure(s);

Monitor pipe ends closely to ensure specifications are adhered to;
-
Monitor number of cutting inserts/seats used per shift;
-
Dispose of metal shavings properly;
-
Perform normal day to day maintenance on bevelling machine(s).
