Allseas offers a wide range of opportunities in various disciplines in its offices, for example in Engineering, Project Management, Project Services or Commercial Services.
Engineering
Allseas’ Engineering discipline consists of two main teams, Innovations and Installation Engineering.
In our Innovations team, you contribute to the development of new equipment and new vessels. We perform a lot of conceptual design work; all our technical concepts are developed and engineered in-house. We offer much room for creativity and inventiveness, resulting in a process in which you are involved from the initial drawing up to and including the building.
Our Installation Engineering team prepares all our pipelay projects, each with its own technical challenges. Because of the nature of its scope, employees in Installation Engineering are close to the offshore execution of our projects.
Project Management
In the Project Management discipline, you can learn and grow to become an Assistant Project Manager and then a Project Manager, in which position you will take care of all aspects of a pipelay project -- from organising the engineering, procurement, contracts with subcontractors, cost control, planning, reporting to contact with the client oil company. This is a demanding and hands-on job, in which you also develop financial and commercial skills.
Project Services
The Project Services discipline provides all necessary support services to Project Management to carry out Allseas’ core business, pipeline installation.
Project Services consists of a wide variety of specialised teams, such as Vessel Management, Logistics and Procurement.
Vessel Management takes care of all the services that are required to keep Allseas’ vessels in operation and ensures preparation, co-ordination and execution of project-operational aspects and port calls for the vessels in the most effective and efficient manner.
Commercial Services
As a Commercial associate, you work out pipelay bids, both technically and planning- and contract-wise. You contribute to negotiations with future clients and you ensure that bids ultimately result in signed contracts.
Within Allseas, you can also work in one of our project offices abroad, for example in Houston, USA or Perth, Australia, or at the shipyard in the Far East where Pieter Schelte will be built.
