For students in the last phase of their studies, we offer a variety of interesting internships and graduation projects to students from all kinds of backgrounds. Some 60 positions are made available to students every year within, amongst others, our Engineering, Innovations, Logistics and Operations Departments.

Graduates
Now that your studying is over, it is time to make a decision about your future. For young, recently graduated engineers, Allseas has developed two tailor-made traineeships.
Structured to provide you with a steep learning curve, these traineeships offer you the chance to work on some very challenging projects during a year of intensive training. During your traineeship you will develop the skills required to become an R&D Engineer, Installation Engineer, Structural Engineer, Production Engineer, Field Engineer or Naval Architect.
Traineeship Research & Development
Research & development trainees work within the Allseas Innovations Department, which is responsible for all modifications to, and new construction designs for, Allseas’ vessels and equipment.
Traineeship Engineering
Engineering trainees work within the Allseas Engineering Department, which is responsible for all project preparatory work such as design, analyses, working procedures, material take off and offshore engineering support.
