What offshore work looks like
Offshore work involves rotational schedules, typically working several weeks on followed by time off. You operate in an environment where procedures and teamwork are essential, working closely with experienced international crews. The work is closely tied to real-time project execution, where planning and operations come together on board. At the same time, changing offshore conditions require flexibility, practical thinking and the ability to solve problems as they arise.

What you’ll do offshore
Offshore, you will execute installation or removal operations on deck and operate and maintain specialised equipment used during offshore campaigns. You support lifting, pipelay or construction activities, working closely with engineers and supervisors onshore to ensure smooth execution. At the same time, you play an active role in maintaining safe and efficient operations, contributing to the overall success of each project.
