• Heaviest offshore lift in history 
• First commercial lift using horseshoe lift supports, requiring bearing block lift points installed on jacket legs
• Design & fabrication of leg support structures & platform shear restraints (incorporated into leg cutting design for increased topsides stability after leg cutting)
• Low strength topsides legs due to small wall thickness, requiring grout filling for necessary lift capacity 
• Modification for reuse of Brent Delta leg support structures
• Cutting jacket legs
• Design, fabrication & installation of 3x GBS leg covers & navigation aid
• Complex conductor removal & disposal scope, requiring industry-first & in-house cutting tools & techniques
• Fabrication & outfitting of Iron Lady with multiple structures for topsides transfer and load-in (incl. spacers, support stools & leg covers)
• Design & fabrication of ‘sliding’ layer for support stools to transfer & distribute 31,000-tonne topsides load
• Dredging the channel between River Tees & grounding dock to ensure adequate depth clearance during load-in operation
• Design & implementation of 8-point winch mooring system for Iron Lady to facilitate a robust tow & load-in solution
• Last-minute modifications to grounding bed at disposal yard, requiring repositioning of skidding tracks & final set down location
