  • Engineer topsides underdeck lift points & stab-in cone requirements 
  • Design & fabrication of leg mating units 
  • Prepare jackets for topsides installation 
  • Provide Iron Lady and services for piggyback transport of production platform on Heavy Transport Vessel (HTV) from Korea to Norway 
  • Transfer & installation (T&I) of the 22,000-tonne DP topsides, 26,000-tonne P1 topsides & 18,000-tonne LQ topsides

  • Industry-first transport and single-lift installation of large topsides  
  • Use of Pioneering Spirit  cut one million manhours offshore, enabling Equinor & partners to start-up the field three-to-six months earlier than planned and cut estimated costs for Plan for Development & Operation (PDO) for Phase 1 by NOK 1 billion 
  • Project-critical in-house Leg Mating Unit (LMU) design & fabrication
