How can I apply for a vacancy?

Can I apply for more than one position?

I cannot find a suitable vacancy. Can I send an open application?

How does the recruitment process work?

Who will I meet during the interviews?

What is the purpose of an assessment?

Assessments help us better understand your working style, preferences and strengths. The results are used to support the interview conversations and are not a pass/fail test.

Do you offer permanent contracts?

Most new employees start on a fixed-term contract. Depending on the role, performance and business needs, this may be followed by a permanent contract. Contract arrangements can vary by position, location and experience level.

Is there a probation period?

Yes. For employment contracts longer than six months, a probation period is usually included, in line with Dutch employment regulations.

Do I need to work offshore?

Some roles require offshore assignments, while others are fully office‑based. Any offshore requirements are clearly stated in the vacancy.

International candidates

Do you hire international candidates?

Yes. Allseas employs people from many different nationalities and welcomes applications from international candidates. Eligibility to work in the Netherlands and/or visa requirements are required for candidates outside the European Union.

Does Allseas sponsor work permits?
