Scope of work 

  • Detail design of the risers, pipelines & structures
  • Procurement & supply of cladded linepipe & coating materials
  • Procurement & supply of installation accessories (incl. flex joints, forgings, valves, diverless connectors, VIV-strakes, riser buoyancy & anchoring systems)
  • Design & fabrication of PLETs, jumpers, crossing structures, suction piles & sleepers
  • Installation of flowlines & production & injection risers
  • Installation of 16x steel catenary risers (incl. flexible joints, VIV strakes & buoyancy modules to enable “lazy wave” connection to FPSO)
  • Installation of 16x PLETs & 16x jumpers interconnecting PLETs to Wet Christmas Trees
  • Anchoring of the risers & PLETs
  • Pre-commissioning services: flood, gauge & hydrotest the pipelines from PLET to FPSO
